Raouf Hilal | M.D.
Dr. Raouf Hilal received his B.S degree in biochemistry at the College of Charleston, SC, and his medical degree at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. He finished his internal medicine and gastroenterology residency at Baylor College Medical Center in Houston, TX. He is a diplomat of the American Board of Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology, and an active member of the AGA, ACG, AMA, ASGE, Florida Gastro Society, and the Orange County Medical Society.


Andria Mushahwar | M.D.
Dr. Mushahwar received his B.S. in Chemistry with minors in biology and psychology from the Columbian College of Arts and Sciences in Washington DC. He graduated from The George Washington University Medical School in Washington DC and completed internship and residency training in internal medicine at Meharry Medical College, Nashville TN. He served as a gastroenterology and hepatology clinical and research fellow at Vanderbilt Univeristy, Nashville TN and completed gastroenterology and hepatology fellowship training at the University of Louisville, KY in 2005. He is a diplomat of the American Boards of Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology, and an active member of the AGA, ACG, AASLD, ASGE, FGS and Seminole County Medical Society.


Joseph Quagliata | M.D.
Dr. Quagliata received his undergraduate education at Boston College in Chestnut Hill, MA where he studied Biology and Sociology. After completing additional postgraduate medical studies at Semmelweis University of Medicine in Budapest, Hungary, he received his medical degree from New York Medical College in Valhalla, NY. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Sound Shore Medical Center in New Rochelle, NY and his fellowship in Gastroenterology and Hepatology through New York Hospital-Columbia Presbyterian Health System. He is board certified in Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine and is an active member of the AGA, ACG, AMA, ASGE and the Florida Gastro Society.

Paul S. Panzarella | M.D.
Dr. Panzarella is an honors graduate of Long Island University, C.W. Post Campus. He received his medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies, where he graduated cum laude. He subsequently completed his internship, Internal Medicine residency and Gastroenterology fellowship at Winthrop University Hospital in Mineola, NY. While there, he also served as Chief Medical Resident.
In addition to General Gastroenterology, Dr. Panzarella has a special interest in Colorectal Cancer Screening and General Hepatology. He is a member of the American College of Gastroenterology and the American Gastroenterological Association. In his spare time, Dr. Panzarella enjoys spending time with his wife and twin sons. He joined CFAGI in 2017, after almost 4 years of private practice with Atlanta Gastroenterology Associates.

Douglas Sprung, MD, FACG, FACP
Douglas Sprung | M.D., FACG, FACP
Dr. Sprung graduated from Duke University Medical School in Durham, NC and completed his Internal Medicine & Residency at Duke University, serving as the Assistant Chief Medical Resident. He completed his Gastroenterology Fellowship at the Lahey Clinic Medical Center in Burlington, MA. Dr. Sprung is board certified in Gastroenterology & Internal Medicine. He is an active member of the ACG, AGA, Florida Gastro Society, and the Orange County Medical Society.
