Raouf E.Hilal | M.D.,AGAF,FACG
Dr. Raouf E. Hilal is a Board Certified Gastroenterologist, who earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from the College of Charleston, SC, in 1992, and his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston in 1996. He completed both his Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology residencies at the prestigious Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX in 2002.
Since his graduation from Baylor, he has tirelessly served patients in the Central Florida and Orlando areas. His career has been distinguished by multiple awards. Dr. Raouf Hilal is a Diplomat of the American Board of Internal Medicine in Gastroenterology and is an active member of the AGA, ACG, ASGE, and the Florida Medical Association. He is multilingual and fluent in the Arabic language.
Dr. Hilal is compassionate and emphasizes a holistic approach in the management of GI disorders. He specializes in the following: Gastro-Esophageal disorders, H. Pylori, peptic ulcer disease, Motility GI disorders such as gastroparesis, Irritable bowel as well as functional GI disorders, diagnosis of cancers of the GI tract, as well as liver and pancreatic diseases. He has special skills in therapeutic GI procedures, including Botox injections in the management of various GI disorders.

Dr. Andria Mushahwar is a board-certified gastroenterologist. He earned his undergraduate degree in Chemistry from The George Washington University in Washington, DC, where he also completed his medical degree. Dr. Mushahwar pursued training in hepatology and gastroenterology at Vanderbilt University and the University of Louisville. He is an active member of several prominent gastrointestinal societies.
He completed his internal medicine residency at Meharry Medical College in Nashville, TN in 2002. In 2005, he completed his gastroenterology Fellowship at the University of Louisville, KY. His career has been distinguished with several awards including the American Association for the Study of Liver Disease AASLD advanced Hepatology fellowship. Dr. Mushahwar conducted Hepatology research at Vanderbilt University Medical center in Nashville TN.
Dr. Mushahwar is a diplomat of the American Board of Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. He is a fellow of the American college of gastroenterology, and fellow of the American society of gastrointestinal endoscopy. He is active member of the AGA, FGS, and Seminole County Medical Society. He specializes in Gastro-esophageal disorders, Irritable bowel Disease, Inflammatory bowel disease, cancer of the GI tract, and liver disease.

Dr. Quagliata received his undergraduate education at Boston College in Chestnut Hill, MA where he studied Biology and Sociology. After completing additional postgraduate medical studies at Semmelweis University of Medicine in Budapest, Hungary, he received his medical degree from New York Medical College in Valhalla, NY. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Sound Shore Medical Center in New Rochelle, NY and his fellowship in Gastroenterology and Hepatology through New York Hospital-Columbia Presbyterian Health System. He is board certified in Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine and is an active member of the AGA, ACG, AMA, ASGE and the Florida Gastro Society.

Dr. Panzarella is an honors graduate of Long Island University, C.W. Post Campus. He received his medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies, where he graduated cum laude. He subsequently completed his internship, Internal Medicine residency and Gastroenterology fellowship at Winthrop University Hospital in Mineola, NY. While there, he also served as Chief Medical Resident.
In addition to General Gastroenterology, Dr. Panzarella has a special interest in Colorectal Cancer Screening and General Hepatology. He is a member of the American College of Gastroenterology and the American Gastroenterological Association. In his spare time, Dr. Panzarella enjoys spending time with his wife and twin sons. He joined CFAGI in 2017, after almost 4 years of private practice with Atlanta Gastroenterology Associates.

Dr. Sprung graduated from Duke University Medical School in Durham, NC and completed his Internal Medicine & Residency at Duke University, serving as the Assistant Chief Medical Resident. He completed his Gastroenterology Fellowship at the Lahey Clinic Medical Center in Burlington, MA. Dr. Sprung is board certified in Gastroenterology & Internal Medicine. He is an active member of the ACG, AGA, Florida Gastro Society, and the Orange County Medical Society.
